Just been out in the woods with my dad - excellent weather today and lots of smells!! Met a couple of other dogs as well; a dachshund and a German bulldog! If I just could have been alone with that cute dachshund for a few minutes... I'm not sure what kind of mongrel that could have been.. But as you may guess, my dad didn't let me play with her alone:-( The German bulldog was another story; He was sooooo big - I stayed closed to my dad when we passed him.... My parents say that I'm not very brave when it comes to bigger dogs.. I mean that it has nothing to do with bravery - it's just smartness...!!!!

You look so handsome in that picture. And the lake looks like a great place to explore and hunt for voles.
When I take my humans for a walk, I want to eat all the LWDs (little white dogs) and I bark at all the big dogs. I only have one two one two (two) friends. Parfait who moved away and Tule, who also lives far away, but is visitin' this long weekend with her humans.
Keep on bloggin' as they say. Who or what is a they?

hey hey gunter! i love love love to go for walks in the woods so i am jealous you got to go. most of the time wen my peepol say we are going for a walk they mean a walk on the street and that isnt quite as fun.
wen me and randy were reading your blog lindsay looked at your pickture from far away and thot it was me in the pickture! i dont think we look that much the same but maybe lindsay needs new glasses.
Wow! My humans havent taken me to the woods yet. But I cant complain too much because they took me to the beach the other day. Check out my blog to see pictures of the beach.

Yes it's all about the smartness!! Even though my father thinks I'm not the smartest dog in the world... Maybe because he is not the smartest human in the world???
